Acceptable Use Policy

The Service gives you access to third-party data tools. We are responsible to those Providers for how the tools are used, so these rules are enforced, including by automated checks.

You may not use the Service to

1. Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages. Emails or phone numbers found through the Service may be used only in ways permitted by applicable law (including India's rules on commercial communications, the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR and PECR where they apply) and the Providers' terms. Cold outreach must be lawful, targeted and include a way to opt out.
2. Build or sell databases of personal data. Do not scrape, aggregate or resell raw results from the Service. Use results for your own or your clients' legitimate business purposes.
3. Break Provider terms. Each tool's documentation lists any restrictions (for example no caching beyond a set period, no redistribution). Follow them.
4. Harm people. No stalking, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, or profiling of individuals for unlawful purposes. No lookups of minors.
5. Evade controls. No multiple accounts for extra free credit, no sharing one account across unrelated organisations, no attempts to bypass rate limits, budgets, kill switches or authentication.
6. Attack the Service or Providers. No denial of service, probing, reverse engineering of credentials, or use of the Service to attack third parties.
7. Do anything illegal in India or in the country where you or the data subjects are.

Agencies and multi-client use

If you use the Service on behalf of clients, you are responsible for their compliance with this policy. Use client tags so spend is attributable.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, pause a tool, pause an account, or close an account for breach. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. Promotional credit is forfeited on closure for breach; paid credit is handled under the Refund Policy. We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
