Refund and Failed-Call Policy

Draft v0.1, 2026-10-16. Part of the Terms of Service.

1. Failed calls are free, automatically

You are charged ₹0 when a call:

  • returns an error from the data Provider or from us;
  • times out or cannot reach the Provider;
  • is rejected before it runs (invalid input, a budget cap, or insufficient balance);
  • is a retry with the same idempotency key (you get the stored answer, free);
  • returns a result our per-tool rules classify as no result (for example, an email finder that finds no email, or a search that returns nothing).

The usage log in your dashboard shows every such call as "failed, charged ₹0". The hold placed before the call is released immediately.

2. Reporting a bad result

If a call succeeded but the result was useless (wrong person, garbage text, empty data that our rules missed), click Report bad result on that call in the usage log within 7 days.

  • Refunds of up to ₹[200] per month per account are credited automatically and immediately, as credit.
  • Above that, we review within 2 business days and credit if the report is reasonable.
  • Repeated reports on correct results may lead to review of the account.

3. Refunds of money

  • Unused paid credit is refunded to the original payment method on request when you close your account, less any top-up fee already paid to the payment processor. Promotional and free credit is not refundable.
  • Duplicate payments are refunded in full on request.
  • Money refunds are processed within 7 business days through our payment processor; the bank may take longer to show them.
  • Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash while the account is open, transferred to another account, or exchanged for anything other than calls on the Service.

4. Provider price changes

If a Provider's price changes, the price shown at the time of your call is what you pay. We do not retroactively re-price calls.

5. Contact

[email protected]. Include the call id from the usage log.
